Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

Open Beybico, go to Profile → Settings, and tap 'Forgot password'. We'll send a reset link to your email. You can also use the same flow from the login screen.

How do I change my due date?

Go to Profile → Pregnancy details (or Onboarding if you haven't set it yet). You can update your last menstrual period or due date there. Your week-by-week content will update automatically.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for Beybico in your device Settings. In the app, go to Profile → Notifications and ensure the toggles for reminders and journey updates are on. If you recently reinstalled, log in again so we can re-register your device.

How do I delete my account and data?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Sensitive health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use third-party providers (e.g. Firebase by Google) only for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications—not for advertising or selling your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
