By accessing and using Beybico ('the App'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beybico. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Beybico is a pregnancy tracking and information application designed to help expectant parents monitor their pregnancy journey, access educational resources, and organize pregnancy-related tasks.

The App provides general information and tools for tracking pregnancy milestones. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Important: Beybico is an informational tool only and does not provide medical advice.

All content, including articles, videos, and recommendations, is for educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about your pregnancy or medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App.

In case of a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.

Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.

Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Collect or harvest any personal information from other users.

Use automated systems or bots to access the App.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Beybico and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the App may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Any data you input into the App (such as pregnancy tracking information, notes, or preferences) remains your property.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable (e.g., for users in the EU/EEA), by our Data Protection (GDPR) page. We encourage you to read both.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you create or upload.

We use third-party service providers to operate the App (e.g., Firebase by Google for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications). Their use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use these providers for advertising or cross-app tracking. Use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies where applicable.

The App may contain links to other third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

Beybico is currently free to use. We do not offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions at this time.

If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will describe them clearly in the App and in these Terms, and we will notify you before any charges apply.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App (Profile → Settings → Delete account).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. How we handle your data after termination (including any grace period and permanent deletion) is described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content in the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beybico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beybico and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Beybico is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
